adopt t.o.s 2021
1. first come first serve basis.
2. pay with in 24h of claiming said design.
3. please do not include your adress; this is a digital product
4. credit me for the design
5. you may not sell for more than what you bought if its just my design/ the included base artwork. (extra purchased art is fine)
6. you may edit the design, do credit me.
7. you may turn my designs into a closed species, please be sure to follow said species myo rules. (i will not edit any original files. this will count as a commission.)
8. i will give the highres file to the buyer.
9. if you would like a custom design, please contact me.
10. i only do 24h holds. after the 24h, i will reopen said design for sale if the holder has not paid the listed ammount.
11. no refunds. all sales are final.
12. preclaim is okay for open designs! please do contact me! (note: first come first serve will still apply; i do not do choose your own colors for preclaims. this will cost extra.)
13. you may not use my work for commerical use.

1. Must pay with in 24 hours or I will not work on the commission.
2. I have the right to refuse after 3 edits. AFTER the 3 free edits, you will be asked to pay more money for any further edits.
3. I DO send screenshots of wips.... please let me know the edits you want during the process!
4. Please let me know if i can stream/record your commission.
5. you may not use my work for commercial use.
6. If i feel i cannot draw your oc/ whatever commission subject matter you want, i have the right to decline.
7. no refunds. all sales are final.
8. Please fill out the commission form when i send it to you.
9. please do try to have a moodboard ready for your customs. i will be asking for specific aestheics to help me get an idea of what you want.
